CPIN Calculator - About

What is CPIN Calculator?
CPIN Calculator helps CPIN users keep track of due dates, timelines, Agreements, and Review dates. It is primarily a learning tool designed to help users better understand how Outcome Plan milestones are calculated.

Disclaimer
This tool is intended to align with CPS Standards and CPIN date calculation rules. It calculates due dates as outlined in the Standards, using algorithms that account for both day-based and month-based timelines.

While every effort has been made to match CPS and QIP timeline calculations, in some situations the dates generated by this tool may differ from those shown in CPIN or QIP. This may occur due to differences in calculation methods used across systems and programming approaches.

Additionally, there are several known CPIN application milestone defects that may impact final calculated due dates.

Users of this tool accept it “as is,” without any guarantees, and acknowledge that calculated timelines may differ from those in CPIN, CPS Standards, or QIP guidance.

CPIN Calculator is a learning tool designed to support understanding of CPIN timeline calculations. It is an independent application and is not associated with the Ministry (MCSS), CPIN, or OACAS. CPIN Calculator does not own or claim any rights to the CPIN application.
